My passion for wildlife and conservation led me to witness firsthand the pressing issue of deforestation, the dwindling forests that stood as vital pillars of the ecosystem. Inspired by the delicate balance of nature, I embarked on a new adventure – founding a startup dedicated to producing sustainable bamboo paper. This innovative idea was born in the heart of Sri Lanka’s jungles, where the harmony of diverse life forms and the fragility of their habitat became vividly clear.
Through relentless determination and a clear vision for a greener future, I collaborated with local communities and bamboo experts. Together, we established a sustainable product that offered eco-friendly paper with a profound environmental mission. By leveraging the strength and versatility of bamboo, we crafted a sustainable alternative to traditional tree-based tissues, fostering conservation efforts and promoting sustainable practices.
